stop freaking out. just 'cause it doesn't sell in like two days doesn't mean it won't sell.

stop freaking out.

OK. I'm done.

That was a lie.

Personally, I'm not freaked, but I am discouraged. How many days a week do you spend four hours sitting on a Greyhound? It SUCKS!

I did

I sat in the greyhound//Hamilton Coach Terminal four hours total for six months. Look what it did to me.

You're a tough one. You can do it.

Ah, your first sale of equity. Always fun.

I think our house in Dartmouth took a good 2-3 weeks to sell, possibly 4. My mom's put her house on the market. 1 month in no offers...

Of course then sometimes you get one after a day.

Fun times...

wait. we listed in July and it sold in September. so a good 2 months.

I think I just heard your head explode. Literally.

Relax, it can't be that bad. The average time on market in F'ton last year was just over a week. Then again our house was on the market for almost six months 'cos they were originally asking too much. It's a crapshoot.

Thanks for the kind words. But the market in Fredericton for houses is very different from the market for condos in a different city. :) Different enough to make me a little bit crazy.
