The Food Report

Breakfast: two McDonald's breakfast burritos, large orange juice.
Lunch: Subway turkey wrap, large 2% milk.
Snack: Baked Lays chips, 600mL Pepsi.
Dinner: McDonald's Whole Wheat Chicken McGrill, 2 chicken Fajitas with hot sauce, medium Coke.

Why should you care? You shouldn't. But I'm trying to shame myself into eating better. Realistically, that's better than many people in North America, *especially* if they're travelling on business as I am. 53 grams of fat, total for the day.

Did you know that the UK Ministry of Health says 100g of fat per day is OK? This is hearsay, but I do know that different countries' cultures lead to amusingly varied health suggestions. Russia: drink more vodka!

Ahh, making fun of people who are different. That's where it's *at*.

I'm trying to have different people outlawed. No good lay-a-bouts.

Don't forget to exercise! There was talk of one hour of crunches per day... xo

Wow... thats pretty good for a day on the road. All except for Supper. Burger and 2 fajitas? What? Even I don't do that. Yes I can see that you don't want to eat the fries, but 2 fajitas!? That's just ludicrous! Ok so not that extreme but what about those healthy McD's salads? (That just feels odd saying that.)

Even I'm eating healthier these days. We (me & Tanya) haven't eat from a restaurant in about 22 days now. Thats a new record for us by about 20 days.

[Editors Note: I don't know the point of this comment, I may of had one in the beginning but I don't know it any more.]

Oh please, a chicken mcgrill and 2 fajitas is actually a fairly reasonable amount of food. I'm just trying to eat better, not hugely diet or anything... fries are the worst part, you're right. I dare you to tell me what you had for supper!

Yesterday I had some Roast beef, with some potatoes and corn. Coincidentally that's what I had sunday too.

Ahh, but how many *servings* ? You make it sound all vague and healthy, but I bet it was covered in MAD COW SAUCE!

1 serving.
