What's worse?

• Having to drive 20km to get to the Sears parts outlet because the store was sold out of that one type of vacuum belt?
  
  
• Eating supper at McDonald's, or
• Eating supper at McDonald's despite having just spent $143 on groceries that were in fact still sitting in the trunk?
  
  
• Discussing politics in McDonald's (not us!), or
• Discussing politics in McDonald's and arguing that same-sex marriage can easily be repealed, and "we're just thinking about this issue the wrong way" ?

The question is, do the justices in the courts think the 'wrong way' too? Probably.
