I still blame the mayor and governor for a lot of the problems, but the more I hear about the FEMA director the less I think he's qualified for this job.

Of course, when you're the director, you don't have to know how to bandage wounds or fly a helicopter, but you do need to have the sense to plan to get people who do to places where they're needed.

Sounds like we had exactly the same assortment of bureaucratic segregation that caused the Department of Homeland Security to be created in the first place.
